Withdraw from your Premium contract
You can withdraw from any annual Premium charge, or the first charge of a monthly subscription, within 30 days for a full refund, without giving a reason.
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days, usually within 24 hours.
- When you withdraw, Premium ends immediately; free tracker blocking keeps working.
This opens an email to [email protected] with your withdrawal filled in. Send it, and you'll get an automatic reply confirming when we received it.
